You can request user rights by contacting Fashonista101 on her talk page. The regulations are as follows:

Applying
If you wish to apply for a leader position fill out this forum:
- Position you want to apply for:
- How long you have been on the wiki:
- Amount of edits you have done:
- Why do you want to (insert position here):
Guidelines for applying
- You must be over 13 years of age.
- You must follow the regulations table above.
- You must not have a history of vandalism on the wiki and/or a history of being banned.
- You must be able to dedicate time on the wiki.
If you pass those guidelines, then you can go on and apply for the position.
